U2U project started in 2019 with the intention to build a platform that would capture global userbase that would benefit any retail businesses, in exchange for a portion of business profit for charity purposes. Acquired userbase would create tremendous platform’s partnership businesses. The partnership businesses will grow with such global userbase and increase in value. Collective business value is reflected by the value of the platform as userbase accumulates over time.

As a result, U2U foundation decides to offer U2U token sale for interested individuals to become part of the platform. Fund raised by token sales will be allocated to acquiring a completed messaging app that has functionalities described in the content of this document, setup a business development team to establish formal partnership with businesses and a technical team to integrate said businesses to the app. For U2U Token is utility token, holders of U2U token are entitled to discounts and purchase benefits for products and services provided by all partnership businesses in U2U platform.

Development Summary

The messaging app - 2U Chat International developed by 2U Apps Pty Ltd from Australia is first launched in 2019 and has accumulated over 5 million global registered users in a short period of time. The company wishes to develop an instant messaging app that breaks the language barrier by adding automatic translation features to the mix along with other mainstream mobile features such as shopping, news & article publishing, social networking, media streaming and more.

Translated messaging, voice and video calls, news & articles are currently launched with 2U Chat as Beta. Further time and resources are required complete the functions to a higher quality, as well as to finish development of other app functions.

A special division of 2U App is currently developing future lithium battery technology for industrial and commercial applications.
